Son T. Nguyen, J.D., LL.M., received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Son previously worked at KPMG, LLP and Aprio, LLP where he advised businesses and individuals on business taxation matters related to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other tax topics in corporate, partnership, and S corporate taxation.
