Matthew G. Rittmayer, J.D., received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law where he was Comment Editor for Texas Tech Law Review. Matthew earned his B.A. in History at Emory University. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. His practice focuses on helping clients establish estate plans that consider tax aspects and non-tax aspects such as family dynamics and efficient transitions from generation to generation. He also works with clients on probate, estate & trust administration, asset protection, formation of business entities, and trust modifications.
Matthew, along with his wife Veronica, volunteers with Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) to serve as a personal advocate for abused and neglected children.
