Kaitlin R. Goddard, J.D., received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and earned her B.A. with Distinction in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma.

For the past eight years, Kaitlin has dedicated her practice to probate law across the state of Texas and now focuses primarily on serving clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. She has successfully handled hundreds of estate administrations, with particular experience in estates involving personal injury claims and real estate. Kaitlin takes great pride in guiding families through some of life’s most challenging moments with compassion and clarity.

In addition to her probate administration work, Kaitlin also represents clients in contested estate matters—both intestate and testate—and has spent several years serving as a certified court-appointed attorney ad litem in probate and guardianship cases.

Outside of the courtroom, Kaitlin assists clients with proactive estate planning, including drafting Wills, Directives to Physicians, and Powers of Attorney, helping them plan confidently for the future.
